Volandri v Gabashvili

Filippo Volandri is playing Teymuraz Gabashvili in the 1st Round of the St Petersburg Open in Russia. There is something not right about the odds -- they are way too low on Gabashvili who is currently a set down. Gabashvili's starting price was 1.29 and now it's at 1.32, despite him losing the 1st set 6-3. Also, the amount of money involved in this match is not normal for low key ATP tournament. So I am 100% sure that Gabashvili wins this match from a set down, if you know what I am getting at. So blatant!

Update: Volandri has just broken Gabashvili's serve in the second set but Gabashvili's odds are still 1.33. Gabashvili is currently on an injury time-out as well.

Update 15:57pm: Surprise, surprise! Gabashvili comes back from a set and a break down in the second set to win the match 3-6, 6-3, 6-2.

What a shame for Tennis....

England Tonight

I'll be having a big bet on England to beat Montenegro tonight, with the idea to trade-out if there is a first goal. I will only need them to go 1-0 up for this to happen. Montenegro rely heavily on Mirko Vucinic of Roma, so if England can stop him, that's half the job done. Czech Republic are another team under pressure. You've got to like their odds of 1.16 to beat Liechtenstein. Those will be my main 2 bets today.

I've also had a fun £10 8 team accumulator. I don't expect anything from this because you're relying on luck. You never know though. It's a big win if it does come up.

Profit & Loss - The Last 7 Days

It's been a very bad week. Definitely my most difficult week this year. On the plus side, I know exactly where I went wrong, so all I can do is learn from these mistakes in future.
