I'm hesitant to keep updating this in truth because it does not feel right, especially in the difficult times in which we live in. Win or lose it seems a bit tacky and might come across as boastful - but I've started so I will probably continue for a bit. Maybe in future I will start giving more updates on the sports I bet on as opposed to just a straight profit and loss screen-shot. Just to show this isn't guess-work, or a '2 flies on a wall' job. Perhaps when I'm back on track and playing with a the bank size I aim for. In the mean-time, I hope continue to build things gradually.

Just do what you want to , you'll never please everyone so no point in trying to.
ReplyDeleteIt's a gambling blog so people aren't exactly going to be horrified with pnl shots in these difficult times as you put it. Compared to a lot us us growing up through the seventies these can hardly be described as difficukt time believe me :)
You reckon? Ok, I'll keep it up, but it is getting a bit boring and giving off the wrong impression. I'll maybe make things a bit more interesting in future if I get around to it, or maybe do things less frequently.
ReplyDeleteListen mate, you had long enough taking the flak when things weren't going well, so imo you should continue now things are improving and take some credit.
ReplyDeleteI'm pleased for you, it's nice to see some positives.
Good Luck

whats the total from 1st of july or have you done the p/l from 29th june to get some bigger wins from your last screenshot included in this one? You never make your updates clear date wise and they always cross so we never actually know how you are really doing.
ReplyDeleteCan you do the update from the end of the last screenshot and not take big wins from the last update to make it look better with the most recent one?
Ok, I'll make it clearer in future to avoid confusion...
ReplyDeleteGreat to see your back on track John.
ReplyDeleteHave you considered doing training courses to show people how you do it? Might be an easy way to rack up the bank as plenty of people seem to be setting themselves up as betfair trainers these days.
ReplyDeleteThis HAS to be the spookiest blog on the Internets. Pages just keep disappearing. Just plain weirdness.
ReplyDeleteNot a bad idea Philip. Although for that to be worthwhile for the other person, you'd have to be quite open about what you're doing, and this could affect you (seeing as we're betting against each other). Giving away your edge etc.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few out there that do this, but I'm not sure it's a route I'd want to take myself.
I'll provide an update in the next few days.
